Loyalty program

Every euro spent in the shop earns you 1 point. 10 points give you 1% off a future order, up to 20%.

Earn points

• 1 point per euro paid for products. Shipping does not count.
• Points are added to your account when the order ships.
• A cancelled or refunded order removes the points it earned.
• The program is for customers with an account. The account is created at checkout.

Use your points

1. 5%50 points
2. 10%100 points
3. 15%150 points
4. 20%200 points

• Create your voucher from the cart or from My account, Loyalty points tab.
• The discount applies to products, not shipping. One loyalty voucher per order.
• A voucher can be used once and belongs to the account holder.
• An unused voucher can be cancelled from your account. The points go back to your balance.

Terms

Points have no cash value and cannot be converted into money. They stay with the customer account and cannot be transferred.
