You have 14 days after delivery to return a product. A damaged or misprinted product is replaced or refunded free of charge.
Return a product
- Send your order number to shop@loremipsum.re within 14 days of delivery.
- We reply with the return address.
- Return the product unworn, in its original condition, no later than 14 days after your request.
Without a request within 14 days of delivery, the product is not taken back or refunded, unless it is damaged or defective.
Return costs are paid by you. Each product is made to order. For another size or color, return the product and place a new order.
Refund
We refund the product and the standard shipping costs no later than 14 days after your request. The refund may wait until we receive the product or proof that it was sent.
The refund goes to the order's payment method. Loyalty points earned with the product are removed from your account.
Damaged, defective or misprinted product
Send a photo of the product and the parcel to shop@loremipsum.re within 30 days of delivery. We send you a new product or refund you, with no return costs.
After this period, the legal guarantee of conformity applies for 2 years. Details are in the terms and conditions of sale.
Gift cards
A gift card is non-refundable. The right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of an unused card, for 14 days after payment.
