Image and software licenses
At Shop Lorem Ipsum, we are committed to providing high-performance software and high-quality images, while ensuring transparency and respect for everyone's rights. To guarantee a smooth experience and avoid any misunderstanding, we have set the following terms:
1. Use of images
- The images sold are intended for personal or commercial use in graphic design, marketing or other authorized projects.
- Restrictions :
- It is strictly forbidden to resell, redistribute or modify the images in order to resell them in another form.
- The images may not be used for illegal or defamatory projects, or projects that infringe the rights of others.
- The license for each image is non-exclusive, which means that other users may also buy the same files.
2. Use of software
- The software sold comes with a license for a single user, valid for one year, renewable manually.
- Restrictions :
- It is forbidden to redistribute, share, modify or resell the software in any form.
- The license allows use on a single device, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Compatibility : Software compatibility (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.) is shown on the product page. Please check this information before buying.
3. Technical support and guarantees
- Software : If a bug or a major malfunction prevents the software from being used correctly, we offer free technical support to solve the problem. If no solution is found, a partial refund may be considered.
- Images : Image files are delivered as is. No refund will be granted for reasons related to misuse or incompatibility.

4. Intellectual property
- All software and images remain the exclusive property of Shop Lorem Ipsum. Buying grants you a license to use them, but never transfers the intellectual property rights.
5. Penalties for breach of the terms
- Any attempt at reselling, redistribution or misuse of our products will lead to:
- Immediate cancellation of the license with no possibility of refund.
- Blocking of the IP address (blacklist).
- We also reserve the right to take legal action in case of serious breach.
6. Limitation of liability
- We accept no liability for:
- Misuse of the software or images.
- Indirect damage or financial loss resulting from the use of our products.
7. Updates and renewals
- Software updates are free for one year after purchase. After that, they require renewing the license.
- Images do not receive updates.
